Check is is from 2pm until 8pm. Guests' rooms will be available from 2pm on day of arrival, and latest check in is 8pm. Check in after 8pm is posible, but you will need too arrange this with us. Rooms should be vacated by 11:00am on day of departure.

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

 

In the event of cancellation being notified not less than 7 days in advance of arrival date there will be no charge; in the event of cancellation  being notified less than 7 days before arrival, there will be a charge of 100% of the total cost. Above prices are current in 2024 and subject to change without notice.

 

Pet Rules

 

We only accept small/medium well-behaved mature dogs (no pups or young dogs). We don’t have kennels, so we allow guest to sleep their dog in the bedroom. We love dogs, but we keep some of our rooms (Rooms 2, 5 & 7) ‘dog free’ for other guests who do not wish to sleep in a room where a dog has been. Therefore, we need to agree that you can bring your pet at the time of your booking. Please note we have a 7-day cancellation policy. Therefore, if you let us know you are planning to bring your pet (to an unsuitable room) within the 7 days of arrival, your booking may be cancelled without refund. We have a cost of €20 per dog which you can pay on check in. If your dog is not well behaved, you can arrange to bord in Kennels close by (Ballinatone Boarding Kennels 086 2188451). Only two dogs maximum per family / group / room. You must bring dog bed or crate and keep your pet off our beds and other furniture. It is not acceptable to sleep your dog on his blanket on the bed. Dogs are not allowed in Dining Room; Guest Living Room; Kitchen You cannot leave your dog alone in your bedroom. You can leave in car or you can request to eat your breakfast outdoors.
